Position Overview:

LPN (Day Shift)

As a Day Shift LPN
, you’ll provide direct nursing care, support resident recovery, and collaborate closely with RNs, providers, and therapy teams to ensure the highest standard of care in our long-term care and rehabilitation setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
  • Monitor, document, and report changes in resident condition
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) as needed
  • Support rehabilitation goals alongside the therapy team
  • Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with regulations
  • Provide education and emotional support to residents and families
  • Follow infection control and safety protocols
Qualifications
  • Current and valid LPN license in good standing
  • Strong clinical and medication administration skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Compassionate, resident-focused approach to care
  • BLS/CPR certification required
