Maximize sales in the prestige category (color cosmetics, skincare, and fragrance) by engaging guests to determine their needs and assisting in selecting and purchasing prestige merchandise;
Provide exceptional guest service including greeting and personalizing service, recommending products, and informing guests of promotions and services;
Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales and guest experience;
Book appointments for services and in-store events to deliver premium guest experiences and achieve sales goals;
Maintain store standards including cleanliness, replenishment, and proper display of products; ensure hygiene standards and makeovers stations meet company standards
