Front End Service Team Trainer

Job Overview

Front End Service associates are focused on compliance and customer service. They smile, greet and thank customers, process returns/refunds, and carry out financial transactions. They are always ready to help with customer questions and needs and the role may require standing for long periods of time.

Hourly Wage: $18 - $31 per hour, equal to or exceeding the applicable minimum wage. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may be paid ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.
