Full-Time Retail Sales – Immediate Hire – Paid Training.

Walmart 2690 – Madison, AL 35758. 2020 Companies is seeking Retail Sales Associates with an enthusiastic personality to join our team of Wireless Sales Pros.

• Engage consumers in the wireless services section at Walmart.
• Promote post‑paid and pre‑paid carrier plans, wireless accessories, and service plans.
• Uncover customer desires, overcome objections, and recommend solutions.
• Foster professional relationships with customers and fellow employees.
• Collaborate with the team to accomplish goals and celebrate success.

• Average sales reps expected to earn between $800 and $1,000 weekly.

• Sell products and services in a retail store, kiosk, and/or event environment.
• Maintain professional interaction with customers and coworkers.
• Meet or exceed personal sales goals on a monthly basis.
• Welcome customers and offer assistance.
• Direct customers to displays, assess needs, and suggest appropriate products.
• Advise customers by providing information on products and services.
• Build customer confidence to help make selections.
• Accurately document and report sales.
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Track and communicate all activity to Retail Operations.
• Ensure work station/kiosk is clean, well‑organized, functional, and presentable.
• Submit all paperwork completely and accurately.

• Regular and prompt attendance.
• Meet established monthly/weekly sales quota/goals.
• Maintain customer/client satisfaction based on rejection percentage and substantiated complaints.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Six (6) months of prior sales, retail, telecom, or marketing experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge of products and services.
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills.
• Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced, team environment.
• Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Ability to maintain customer confidentiality.
