• Prepare and deliver accurate quotes to customers based on product specifications, pricing guidelines, and customer requirements.
• Collaborate with sales, production, and procurement teams to gather necessary information for quote preparation.
• Maintain and update pricing databases and quotation templates to ensure consistency and accuracy.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding quotes and provide clarifications as needed.
• Track and follow up on outstanding quotes to support sales conversion.
• Assist in analyzing quote data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all quoting activities.

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proven experience in a quoting, sales support, or customer service role.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and experience with CRM or quoting software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic understanding of pricing strategies and cost structures is a plus.
