Responsibilities
  • Identifying, contacting, and qualifying new prospects
  • Responding to customer calls
  • Tracking and following up on existing quotes
  • Assisting with project execution tasks such as answering questions about administration, delivery, or invoicing
  • Making a large volume of outbound, cold calls and cold calling physical locations
  • Meeting revenue quotas as assigned
  • Preparing and submitting activity reports and forecasts as requested
  • Updating and maintaining the CRM database to include customer account details and notes
  • Maintaining all prospective customer data in the CRM Database and using the information within as the sole source for prospective customers and interactions
  • Staying within prescribed budgetary cost requirements
  • Communicating frequently with the customer
  • Maintaining a safe work environment, performing job functions safely, and participating in all safety meetings
  • Assisting in driving a continuous improvement strategy within the business to result in ongoing incremental gains in quality and efficiency
  • Performing other related duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • Highly motivated sales professional who can operate within the guidelines assigned

  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and persuasion skills

  • Proficient level of computer skills, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
  • Must demonstrate competence and fearless ability to perform cold calls and prospecting

  • Comfortable with consultative and/or enterprise sales techniques; have advanced selling skills
  • Ability to forecast and manage various opportunities/prospects simultaneously
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Able to work in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

    Possess decision‑making, problem‑resolution, and creative thinking skills
