Key Account Executive – School Safety Platform

Territory:Alabama (Must be a resident of Alabama)

The Role:We’re looking for a driven, personable, and consultative Outside Sales Representative based in Alabama to help us expand our reach and impact in K-12 schools throughout the state. If you’ve got experience in Education, Law Enforcement, SaaS, EdTech, or a similarly complex sales environment, we want to hear from you.

This isn’t a plug-and-play sales job. You’ll be working directly with school leaders, administrators, and decision-makers to understand their unique safety challenges—and helping them build customized, tech-forward solutions that actually work. Yes, it’s as rewarding as it sounds.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Strategic Sales Execution:

  • Develop and own your sales strategy for the Alabama territory
  • Identify and prioritize high-potential school districts and educational partners
  • Stay sharp on school safety trends and how nSide stacks up against the competition

Relationship Building:

  • Build meaningful, long-term relationships with superintendents, principals, safety officers, and more
  • Conduct needs assessments and serve as a trusted advisor—not a pushy sales rep

Presenting & Problem Solving:

  • Deliver compelling, solution-based demos and presentations that make educators actually want to sit through them
  • Connect real-world school safety needs with nSide’s tech-driven solutions

Closing & Account Management:

  • Create and deliver clear, tailored proposals and pricing options
  • Keep your pipeline strong and your CRM organized
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term success
Who You Are:
  • A proven outside sales pro, ideally with 3+ years of success under your belt
  • Experienced in Education, SaaS, or a complex solution sales environment
  • Confident, polished, and articulate—you’re great in the room and on Zoom
  • Self-motivated, coachable, and passionate about school safety (or at least passionate about helping people)
