• Drive sales of insurance and financial services through outbound calls, networking, and relationship building
• Follow up on leads and referrals promptly and persistently
• Maintain and build a customer pipeline while juggling day-to-day client needs
• Help grow our footprint in the Madison area through proactive outreach and creative thinking

• Self-starter with a strong work ethic and "no excuse" mindset
• Comfortable making calls, meeting people, and closing deals
• Organized and efficient - can multitask without missing the details
• Coachable but doesn't need micromanaging
