, we’re hiring a strategic and driven person to become our new full-time Studio Manager
- Membership Rep and serve as the driving force behind members’ health transformations. We’re looking for a growth-oriented person who is always looking for ways to improve. If that sounds like you, keep reading about this position with our Madison, AL fitness studio!

You earn a base salary of $38,000 - $40,000/year with the potential to make $55,000/year with commission! • 2+ years of experience with fitness membership sales or a similar recurring membership service
• 2 years of management experience
• Sales skills and ability to train others on the best sales practices
• Ability to manage and grow revenue streams in areas like memberships, fees, retail sales, and package sales
• Proficiency with computers, data management, CRMs, and POS systems
• Strong English communication and interpersonal skills
• Time management skills, attention to detail, and ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
• Passion for fitness

You normally have a Monday
- Friday schedule. Some weekends may be required depending on business needs.

Our Studio Manager
- Membership Rep is responsible for leading our daily operations, increasing membership rates, and implementing effective new growth strategies. You wear many hats and enjoy an uplifting, energetic environment. Every day, you oversee areas such as staff training, membership retention, inventory coordination, and social media.

You run sales reports, identify areas for improvement, and train staff members on the best way to increase sales numbers. Driven to help us grow, you organize fun promotional events and reach out to members who don’t have sessions booked. With your infectious positivity and enthusiasm, you build lasting connections with our members and help strengthen our community ties!
