Learn every aspect of new construction home sales—from marketing and lead follow‑up to contract writing and closing.

Build a strong foundation in promoting communities, generating traffic, and connecting with buyers.

Work alongside seasoned sales leaders and develop the skills needed to succeed as an on‑site sales agent.

• Guaranteed Pay:
  Earn $1,000 per week for the full 6‑month training program.
• Vehicle Allowance:
  Provided during your on‑site training period.
• Commission Advantage:
  For your first 90 days, receive 1/3 of your commission paid upfront on all ratified contracts written with a preferred lender — no waiting until closing to earn.
