• Generate leads and schedule inspections by speaking directly with homeowners
• Run in-home appointments and educate homeowners on roofing, siding, gutters, windows, and exterior restoration services
• Perform roof inspections and assess exterior property conditions
• Work both retail remodeling opportunities and insurance restoration projects
• Build relationships with homeowners and deliver a strong customer experience throughout the sales process
• Attend networking events, team meetings, and ongoing training sessions
• Track leads, appointments, and customer interactions using company software systems

• Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle
• Comfortable climbing ladders and walking roofs
• Ability to work evenings and Saturdays as needed
• Confident speaking with homeowners and building rapport
• Self-motivated with a competitive and disciplined mindset
• Comfortable working in a performance-based sales environment
• Naturally outgoing and energized by face-to-face interaction
