• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and refer customers to licensed team members.
• Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
• Gather info from customers that the licensed team members use to quote products.
• ask and show customers how to give the office google reviews.
• Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
• Work alongside your agency’s team to ensure successful long-lasting customer relations.

• Sales experience preferred
• Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
• Ability to effectively relate to a customer
• Obtain Property & Casualty license within 30 days
• Comfortable communicating with clients via phone and/or email
• Spanish preferred
