Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns through proper channels;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout offices, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter points to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions;
Monitor entry and exit activity, verify access permissions as directed by site policies, and assist with visitor processing and badge-related procedures;
Support a professional environment by communicating with employees, guests, and site contacts regarding security-related questions, directions, and/or incident information
