WMH is looking for an enthusiastic Entry‑Level Mechanic/Technician to join our team. You will gain valuable experience performing maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on a variety of material handling equipment, contributing to the efficiency and success of our clients' operations. Key Responsibilities- Perform Maintenance and Repairs:
Assist with regular maintenance and repairs on material handling equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and other machinery. - Learn Diagnostic Techniques:
Work under the guidance of experienced technicians to develop mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic troubleshooting skills. - Customer Service:
Assist in providing excellent customer service by learning to communicate effectively with clients about the status and needs of their equipment. - Documentation:
Help maintain accurate records of work performed, including parts used and labor hours, in compliance with company standards. - Safety Compliance:
Follow all safety regulations and standards to ensure a safe working environment for yourself, colleagues, and clients. - Continuous Improvement:
Participate in training sessions and stay updated on the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve your skills and knowledge.

- Education

High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or vocational training in mechanics or related fields is a strong plus. - Skills & Technical Knowledge

Foundational mechanical knowledge paired with eagerness to learn. Familiarity with hand tools and diagnostic equipment is valued. High potential to grow into mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic expertise. - Customer Focus

Capable of lifting 50+ lbs, standing for extended periods, and working in varied environments (indoors, outdoors, and shop settings). - Licenses & Certifications

Valid driver’s license required. Forklift maintenance/repair certifications are beneficial but not mandatory. - Work Ethic & Drive
