What you'll do:

* Perform routine preventive maintenance and repairs on facilities, equipment, fixtures following established schedules and safety guidelines.

* Inspect, diagnose, document issues using blueprints, manuals, parts catalogs to determine repair or replacement needs.

* Utilize hand and power tools to complete major and minor repairs across multiple crafts, including electrical and mechanical systems.

* Manage work orders, maintenance logs, contractor coordination while ensuring compliance with OSHA EPA regulations.

* Respond promptly to emergency calls and participate in on-call rotations to support critical business needs.

* Operate and maintain vehicles and powered equipment safely, conducting pre- post-operation inspections.

* Collaborate with management and team members to improve processes and maintain a safe work environment.

What you'll bring:

* Proven experience performing preventive maintenance and repairs on electrical systems and related facility equipment.

* Ability to diagnose issues using blueprints, repair manuals, and parts catalogs.

* Skilled in operating hand and power tools, hoists, and material handling equipment safely and effectively.

* Knowledge of OSHA and EPA regulations to ensure compliance and maintain a safe work environment.

* Strong documentation skills for maintenance activities, work orders, and expense tracking.

* Capability to respond promptly to emergency calls and participate in on-call rotations.

* Effective communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with managers, contractors, and coworkers.
