We're looking for an experienced Painter
- Team Lead who takes pride in their work, enjoys leading a team, and wants to grow with an expanding company.
The Lead Painter is responsible for managing painting projects from start to finish while leading a crew to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, on time, and to Painter Bros quality standards.
This position requires someone who can confidently supervise painters, communicate with customers, solve problems, and produce high-quality finished work.

Lead daily painting operations including:
Project Leadership- Lead and supervise painting crews
- Assign daily tasks
- Ensure projects stay on schedule
- Train and mentor crew members
- Maintain a productive work environment
- Interior painting
- Exterior painting
- Cabinet painting
- Drywall repair
- Surface preparation
- Caulking
- Sanding
- Priming
- Spraying
- Brushing
- Rolling
- Staining
- Minor carpentry touch-ups
- Communicate professionally with homeowners and commercial clients
- Answer customer questions
- Provide daily project updates
- Resolve issues professionally
- Maintain a clean and respectful jobsite
- Inspect work throughout each project
- Ensure proper paint coverage
- Verify straight cut lines
- Ensure clean work areas
- Complete final walkthroughs
- Maintain Painter Bros quality standards
- Follow OSHA safety standards
- Safely operate ladders and lifts
- Proper PPE usage
- Maintain safe work environments
Maintain and operate:
- Airless sprayers
- HVLP sprayers
- Extension ladders
- Step ladders
- Pressure washers
- Sanders
- Grinders
- Power tools
- Company vehicles
- 5+ years professional painting experience
- 2+ years crew leadership experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of residential painting
- Strong knowledge of commercial painting
- Ability to spray, brush, and roll professionally
- Experience with cabinet finishing preferred
- Strong drywall repair skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Comfortable working on ladders
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
Experience with:
- Graco sprayers
- Fine finish spraying
- Epoxy coatings
- Commercial coatings
- Deck staining
- Concrete coatings
- Estimating
