Perform general maintenance projects including plumbing and electrical work, fire and sprinkler equipment, HVAC, landscape, carpentry, painting, and equipment repair;
Maintain walls, floor coverings, doors, windows, and furniture in common areas;
Repair and maintain vacated rooms and paint walls and clean carpets;
Handle in-house plumbing tasks (sinks, toilets, bathtubs) and minor electrical work (lights, outlets);
Complete work orders promptly and document safety issues as well as plan deficiencies
