We are currently seeking:
Electronic Security TechniciansThe Electronic Security Technician will install, repair, and improve existing electronic products, equipment, and controls and will assist in developing new or updated electronic systems, components, or products.
Responsibilities- Install, terminate, test, label and build communications closets.
- Take active role in continuing education to stay up to date on industry standards.
- Install, terminate, test, program Access Control, CCTV, Intrusion, as well as other systems.
- Follow Senior Technicians, Project Manager, and Operations Manager's instructions.
- Follow all Tusco and OSHA Safety standards to ensure a safe working environment.
- Take active role to ensure Tusco equipment, tools, trucks are properly maintained.
- Performs other related duties as assigned
- Two years of experience with access control, low voltage cabling, CCTB or intrusion, preferred
- Electronic Technician certification or comparable certification or license, preferred
- Install, terminate, test, label and build communications closets.
- Take active role in continuing education to stay up to date on industry standards.
- Install, terminate, test, program Access Control, CCTV, Intrusion, as well as other systems.
- Follow Senior Technicians, Project Manager, and Operations Manager's instructions.
- Follow all Tusco and OSHA Safety standards to ensure a safe working environment.
- Take active role to ensure Tusco equipment, tools, trucks are properly maintained.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
- Thorough understanding of electronic principles and design.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- Excellent problem-solving ability.
- Ability to follow highly complex directions.
