Experienced Plumbing Technician​/Mechanic

Lee Company is seeking an Experienced Plumbing Technician/Mechanic to install, troubleshoot, and repair plumbing systems for residential, commercial, and industrial customers. You'll diagnose issues, perform pipe fitting, fixture installation, and preventative maintenance while following all safety and building codes. Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, fixtures, and related equipment for residential, commercial, and industrial clients.
• Diagnose plumbing issues, perform troubleshooting, and recommend effective repair solutions.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to plan plumbing layouts and installations.
• Ensure all work complies with local, state, and national plumbing codes and safety regulations.
• Perform pipe fitting, soldering, and brazing for water, waste, and gas lines.
• Conduct preventative maintenance on plumbing systems and document work performed.
• Operate and maintain plumbing tools, equipment, and technology safely and efficiently.
• Collaborate with project managers, supervisors, and team members to complete projects on time and within scope.
• Communicate professionally with customers, explaining findings, options, and recommendations.
