What You'll Do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for teammates and client leadership.
• Support employee onboarding and engagement.
• Build strong relationships and provide exceptional customer service.
• Assist with attendance tracking and workforce support.
• Partner with recruiting and branch teams to meet staffing goals.
• Promote a positive, safe, and productive work environment.
• Help resolve employee concerns with professionalism and confidentiality.

What We're Looking For

• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
• Flexible and adaptable to changing business needs.
• Professional, dependable, and team-oriented.
• Staffing, manufacturing, or automotive experience is a plus.

Schedule

• Primarily 1st Shift
• Some weekends required
• Must have flexibility to adjust schedule when needed to support teammates and client operations.

Skills and Experience

Experience Requirements

Required:

• Minimum 2 years of leadership, supervisory, or team lead experience
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient with basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, data entry)

Preferred:

• Staffing or workforce management experience
• Manufacturing or automotive industry experience
• Experience with employee relations, attendance management, and coaching
• Recruiting, onboarding, or HR experience
• Experience working directly with both hourly employees and client management
