As a Dedicated Flex Truck Driver, you'll enjoy the benefits of consistent customers with the added variety of working with multiple dedicated accounts. This role allows you to drive for different customers while ensuring steady, reliable work each week. You'll also receive a guaranteed minimum pay of $1,400 per week, with opportunities to earn more based on your routes and performance.
WhatYou Can Expect Competitive Pay
- Average pay: $1,809 per week; equating to around $94,080 per year
- Guaranteed minimum: $1,400 per week if you're available to work the full week
- Starting pay: $0.70 cpm
- Pay for stops and loading/unloading (not all accounts)
- Detention, breakdown, and layover pay when applicable
- Company-sponsored per diem program
- Home weekly:
Drivers can accept two-week assignments with a 34-hour reset on the road, earning an additional $200 in per diem
Steady weekly schedule with a variety of routes depending on the account you're working on. Miles will fluctuate depending on which account you are working on.
Job Requirements- Class A CDL required
- Adaptability:
Must be comfortable working with different types of freight and customers - Flexibility:
Occasionally assist with other Averitt operations to keep you on the road and working - Dedicated Customer Focus:
You'll work with one account at a time for a minimum of one week, ensuring the customer's needs are met before moving to another dedicated customer
