Rolloff​/front load driver

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Rolloff/Front Load Driver role based in Madison, AL. The driver will operate rolloff and front load trucks to deliver, pick up, and exchange containers at customer locations, ensuring safe, efficient, and timely service. Daily responsibilities include performing pre- and post-trip inspections, securing loads, following designated routes, and complying with all DOT, safety, and environmental regulations. The driver will interact with customers in a professional manner, address basic service questions, and report any service or equipment issues to dispatch or management.

The role also involves maintaining accurate logs and documentation, keeping vehicles clean and in good working order, and supporting other operations tasks as needed.

• Proficiency in truck driving and safe operation of rolloff and front load trucks.
• Valid CDL Class A (or appropriate CDL as required), with a clean driving record.
• Strong communication and customer service skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
• Ability to perform basic vehicle inspections and routine maintenance checks.
• Familiarity with DOT regulations, local traffic laws, and safe driving practices.
• Capability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and to lift, bend, and perform physical tasks as required.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work a consistent full-time schedule, including occasional overtime as needed.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; prior commercial driving or waste management experience is a plus.
