At INCOA Performance Minerals, our logistics team is the final, critical link between our manufacturing process and our industrial partners. We are seeking a highly skilled, adaptable Shipping & Logistics Loader to join our lean, high-volume fulfillment team.
Because we operate a continuous around-the-clock schedule, this role demands a high level of personal accountability. We need a self-motivated professional who can work completely independently and make sound, confident operational decisions alone on a shift without constant supervision.

It is ideal for an industrial professional who thrives on autonomy, enjoys active work, and takes pride in operational excellence. As a growing company, we offer a stable career path with clear advancement opportunities as we hit our expansion milestones.
