Fulfillment Specialist

We are seeking a talented Fulfillment Specialist to join our team. As a Fulfillment Specialist you will be responsible for the following.

Responsibilities:

• Delivering parts to the production plant in a 26' box truck.
• Follow designated delivery routes and schedules to minimize delays and maintain consistent service to the production facility
• Communicate promptly with management and the customer regarding delivery delays, shortages, damaged parts, or other issues thatcould affect production
• Operate company vehicles safely and responsibly while complying withall applicable traffic laws and company safety policies.
• Perform routine vehicle inspections andreport maintenance orsafety concerns promptly
• Secure all loads properly and ensure materials are transported in accordance withcompanyand customer requirements
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional delivery vehicle andwork area
• Follow all facility-specific safety,security, check-in/check-out, PPE, and delivery procedures.
• Assist with basic warehouse or material-handling duties whennot actively making deliveries
• Pick and pack items for shipment according to company standards.
• Ensure proper packaging of products to prevent damage during transit.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized warehouse.
• Provide professional, courteous service to customer and production-facility personnel
• Maintain dependable attendance and punctuality, recognizing that timely parts delivery is critical to maintaining production schedules.
• Communicate effectively with team members to prioritize tasks.
• Meet daily productivity goals while maintaining quality standards.
• Assist with inventory management and cycle counting as needed.

Must Haves:

• Prior experience in a warehouse or fulfillment center
• Ability to lift and move heavy packages.
• Strong attention to detail
• Must be able to operate a forklift safely
• Must be able to drive a 26' box truck safely
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Dependable transportation
• Must be a self-starter
• Must have a strong work ethic
• Must be on-time to work
