Job Description

Warehouse Associate – Non-Exempt position responsible for receiving, counting, sorting, recording, picking, packing, and dock processing of stock in a quality-controlled warehouse environment. Must be able to work safely in a fast-paced setting and wear steel toe shoes.

Qualifications & Skills

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of warehouse experience preferred
• Ability to read and write in English; basic math skills
• Forklift operation certification/experience a plus
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs; capable of standing for long periods
• Safety-focused with attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Receive, store, pick, pack, and ship items
• Perform cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy
• Operate warehouse equipment safely
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and adhere to safety standards
• Assist with loading/unloading and order processing as needed

Physical Requirements

• Stand for extended periods; lift up to 50 lbs regularly
• Occasionally climb or reach for items
