Our Lady of Mercy Preparatory School is seeking a long-term substitute teacher for Grade 5 from August 31 through December

Position Overview

* Full responsibility for a Grade 5 homeroom during the assignment period

* Implementation of established curriculum, lesson plans, and assessments

* Maintain a positive, structured classroom environment that supports both academic and social-emotional growth

* Collaborate with faculty, administration, and support staff

* Communicate regularly with families as needed

Qualifications

* Teaching experience at the elementary or middle school level preferred

* Bachelor's degree required and teaching certification required

* Strong classroom management and organizational skills

* Commitment to supporting the Catholic mission and values of OLM Prep

* Ability to build positive relationships with students and families
