The Madison Public Schools is seeking a General Secretary for the Special Education / School Counseling Departments at Daniel Hand High School. The position serves as the school and staff administrative liaison by processing and maintaining accurate school and student records and completing other tasks requested by the Special Education and School Counseling departments.
Responsibilities: Manage confidential student and staff records; process school documentation; coordinate with Special Education and Counseling staff to ensure timely completion of required documents; maintain database systems; perform clerical tasks as needed.
Requirements: At least one year of secretarial or office experience; strong knowledge of database systems and proficiency with Google and Microsoft office suites.
Work Schedule: 7.0 hours per day, 198 days per year.
Salary: $20.41 per hour.
