Client Service Associate – Warner Wealth
The Client Service Associate (CSA) plays a vital role in delivering a high-touch, personalized experience to Warner Wealth clients. This position supports financial advisors and portfolio managers by handling client service needs, account administration, and operational tasks with precision, discretion, and care. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to building long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as a primary point of contact for client service inquiries, providing timely, professional, and solutions-oriented support
- Assist with account opening, maintenance, transfers, and required documentation
- Prepare and process client transactions, including investment paperwork
- Coordinate meeting preparation, follow-ups, and ongoing client communications
- Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with firm policies and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate closely with advisors to support client relationships and overall practice management
- Identify opportunities to improve client experience and internal workflows
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant experience in wealth management, financial services, or client support strongly valued
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
