About This Role

Highlights- Location: Madison, CT
- Schedule: Part Time, Days, 30 hours per week
- Establish and maintain therapeutic relationships with patients and families.
- Communicate and collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
- Respect patients' values, preferences, and expressed needs.
- Collect and analyze data to determine diagnoses and issues.
- Develop and modify individualized care plans.
- Coordinate care delivery and transitions in care.
- Promote health and a safe environment through health teaching.
- Evaluate progress toward attainment of health outcomes.
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing; BSN preferred.
- Registered Nurse is the foundational job description for all RNs.
- Licensed and currently registered nurse in the State of Connecticut.
- Current BCLS certification or must obtain within one month of hire.
- Clinical specialty certification highly encouraged.
