- Must hold active RN license in practicing state.
- Experience in LTC, SNF, or geriatric nursing preferred.
- Strong clinical assessment and communication skills.
- BLS required; LTC certifications highly preferred.
- Clinical Care:
- Assess resident condition; respond to changes promptly.
- Administer medications, treatments, and wound care.
- Compliance & Documentation:
- Document care accurately per LTC regulations.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams on care plans.
- Support &
Education:- Educate residents and families on care plans and goals.
- Maintain a safe and supportive resident environment.
