General Purpose and Scope of the Position:The Site Administrative Assistant supports the operational, data, and compliance functions of Ivy Tech Correctional Education programming at an assigned Indiana Department of Correction facility. This role ensures accurate student records, timely submission of required documentation, effective internal and external communication, and daily administrative support to ABE and CTE instructional teams.
This is a full-time hourly position located at the Madison Correctional Facility.

- Site Administrative Support
- Compliance & Documentation
• High school diploma or GED required;
Associate degree preferred.
• Experience in administrative or data-entry support roles preferred.
• Experience in education/corrections preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to navigate systems including InTERS, Delta, Docu Sign.
• Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Ability to manage confidential information.
• Effective verbal and written communication.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
