Job Summary:

The Product Manager is responsible for the development and execution of their respective category/item group strategies, while driving business growth and profitability, and working to WOW our customers.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree preferred with 6-10 years of experience in automotive, with a strong understanding of the ATV and UTV markets. Understanding of automotive aftermarket product lifecycle management. Strong Excel/quantitative analysis skills, PowerPoint presentation experience and PowerBI Analysis preferred. Project management experience a plus. Ability to respond to and meet critical deadlines. Effective communication skills to convey key concepts/strategies across multifunctional teams.

Travel is required up to 10% of the time.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $93,100.00 to $. This role is also eligible for a bonus. The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will depend on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge and skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal pay equity. Compensation decisions are made based on the specific facts and circumstances of each role and candidate.
