Assist members with financial transactions in a courteous and professional manner;

Open and close accounts, CDs, and review reports to verify account statuses and process delinquent notices;
Assist members with completing loan applications, discussing options, and collecting necessary documentation;
Process payroll changes, monitor ACH transactions, and ensure compliance with credit union policies and procedures
