We2re looking for a Senior Financial Analyst who enjoys turning data into insights, improving processes, and influencing the financial performance of a growing manufacturing operation.
What You19ll Do
- Lead month-end reporting, financial analysis, and variance reporting
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling
- Prepare reporting packages for leadership and key stakeholders
- Process multi-site payroll while ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Partner with Finance, HR, and Operations to improve reporting and business performance
- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 305+ years of financial analysis or accounting experience
- Strong budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis skills
- Advanced Excel skills and financial modeling experience
- Manufacturing experience preferred
