Responsibilities
The Paramedic provides advanced prehospital emergency care to patients across a wide geographic area with limited resources and extended response/transport times. Requires a high degree of clinical autonomy, strong problem solving skills, and the ability to operate effectively in isolated settings without immediate backup. Balances high quality patient care, safe transport, and community oriented service while maintaining readiness of vehicles and equipment in a rural EMS environment.
This role requires driving Norton Healthcare vehicles, which could include transporting patients and visitors. You must have a valid driver s license and maintain an acceptable driving record
