Bartender

Job Summary:

We are hiring a Bartender who can deliver exceptional guest service and exceed guest expectations. This role suits someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment and has a passion for genuine hospitality.

• Ordering and stocking all the beer, wine, spirits, paper products, straws and stirrers, condiments and produce based on projections from the daily functions

• Ability to effectively receive cash from guests, make change as needed, verifies validity of charges, records charges, and ensure vouchers are property executed

• Will promote drinks and document orders for drinks, mixes, garnishes, and presents drinks using standard ingredient recipes
