* SUMMARY:

** Assist with Installation, repair, and maintenance of all manufacturing, facilities, and infrastructure machinery and systems.  Perform necessary preventive maintenance to equipment and provide support to production in consistent conformance with customer expectations. Support all continuous improvement activities.
** ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS INCLUDE:
** 1.
Follow safety first work methods and procedures to avoid injury to self and co-workers or damage to company property, including use of all required personal protective equipment, following safety precautions (e.g. LOTO), ensuring proper machine guards, etc.
2.
Provide quick response to maintenance requests and calls from maintenance leadership and manufacturing operations teams.
3.
Follow proper housekeeping standards to ensure clean and organized maintenance work areas.
4.
Operate motorized equipment, including but not limited to scissor lifts, JLGs, fork trucks, etc.
5.
Lubricate and oil machinery as needed.
6.
Perform necessary preventive maintenance to all equipment to ensure proper operation. Document all preventive maintenance.
7.
Make necessary repairs to equipment such as replacing bearings, repairing relays, switches and gearboxes, etc.
8.
Assist in Installation and maintenance of pipe systems and related hydraulic, pneumatic, Water, welding gas equipment. Repairs and replaces gauges, valves, and pressure regulators.
9.
Must be able to work from ladders, lifts, and at different heights to perform duties.
10.
Perform any required maintenance welding, using electric arc or gas processes as needed.
11.
Performs minor repairs and maintains physical structure of facility.
12.
Perform minor facility electrical repairs.
13.
Assist in the Install of new machinery, and relocation of machinery as needed; ensure machinery is set up properly.
14.
Complete work assignments as directed.
15.
Logging work hours in CMMS system
16.
Assist in root cause analysis utilizing Dover fast problem-solving methodology.
17.
Other duties as assigned.
