Requirements- Team player that work with cross functional teams to improve Safety, Environment, Quality, Cost, Delivery and Morale metrics
- Has interest in High Pressure Die Casting, CNC Machining and Assembly processes
- Has knowledge and interest to learn process design and process costing for productivity
- Identify and improve Quality and Productivity to achieve daily results
- Generate continuous improvement projects / Kaizen activities
- Able to operate equipment’s as needed and to be able to understand current process to identify opportunities for improvement
- Open, learn and implement Lean Manufacturing methodologies for improvements
- Diagnose the issues and develop root cause for countermeasure activity
- Make summary reports for assigned projects in a set frequency and be able to present factual data for consensus and drive path forward
