ATV we are working to WOW our customers with innovative, race‑tested products and world class customer service. Currently, we have a new opportunity to add a highly skilled CNC Operator. This role will help continue Super
ATV’s growth and impact in the off‑roading industry.
- Experience and ability to operate CNC mills and lathes along with quality checks of work
- Familiar with Haas CNC’s
- Produce parts to print specifications using allotted standard times and processes
- Prepare and operate CNC machines to perform tasks such as drilling, grinding, milling etc.
- Understand specifications of the task at hand and the desired result by reading blueprints, mechanical drawings etc.
- Prepare and load raw materials and parts onto the machines
- Prepare a test run to check if the machines produce outputs according to specifications
- Set machines to complete full cycles to fabricate large number of parts
- Supervise the machines while they execute the tasks and make any necessary adjustments to produce a better result
- Inspect and measure finished products and compare them with requirements to determine if the process has been completed properly
Qualified candidates will be driven, detail oriented, and have proven working knowledge of CNC’s including tooling, tool set up and changes, along with work setups and changeovers. To be successful, you must be able to multitask, prioritize, manage time efficiently, problem solve and be a self‑starter. Blueprint reading skills and CNC operation experience are required. Experience with Haas equipment and Mastercam basics are a plus.
Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs.
Skills and abilities
consistent with a high school diploma or GED.
