DescriptionSummary/Objective
Assist in the total process of mixing and providing powder to be used in mold production. Additionally, assist in receiving material shipments and providing finished materials throughout the facility efficiently to support the production process.
Essential Roles- Follow all Safety Procedures and Policies.
- Understand the operation of and the ability to operate Forklift, Mill, Mixers, Box dumper, Bandsaw, Grinder, Loader system and Shrink wrapper.
- Mixer powder and pigments.
- Maintain powder levels at ovens per schedule.
- Perform cycle counts.
- Dispose of scrap material using bandsaw and grinder.
- Issue out component kits to assembly.
- Remove finished goods for production, wrap and stage for shipment.
- Load and unload trucks.
- Other duties as assigned.

While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions; moving mechanical parts; high, precarious places; toxic or caustic chemicals and outside. The employee is also frequently exposed to fumes or airborne particles and vibration. The noise level in the work environment can be loud.
Physical DemandsWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms and talk and hear. The employee is occasionally required to climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision and peripheral vision.
Education& Experience
- At least 1 year of manufacturing experience required, 3 years preferred.
- A high-school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Manufacturing machine operator experience preferred.
- Experience with inventory preferred.
