Dice Operator
Royer Corporation is seeking reliable, safety-minded individuals to join our manufacturing team as Production Machine Operators. This position is responsible for efficiently operating production machinery to manufacture products that meet customer requirements for quality, cost, and delivery while utilizing the most economical production methods.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Operate production machinery safely and efficiently.
- Produce products that meet customer quality standards and production requirements.
- Follow work instructions and production schedules.
- Monitor equipment performance and report operational issues.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Cross-train and assist in other production areas as needed.
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
- Adhere to the rules outlined in the Royer Company Handbook.
- Conduct yourself in a professional manner at all times.
- Excellent attendance record.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety.
- Attention to detail.
- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
- Ability and willingness to cross-train in multiple departments.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
- Willingness to work in a hot production environment.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical job duties throughout the shift.
- Monday – Wednesday: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Thursday: 7:00 AM – 1:00 PM
- Starting Pay: $16.00 per hour
- Monday – Wednesday: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- Thursday: 7:00 PM – 1:00 AM
- Starting Pay: $17.00 per hour
- Thursday: 1:00 PM – 7:00 PM
- Friday – Sunday: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Starting Pay: $17.00 per hour
- Thursday: 1:00 AM – 7:00 AM
- Friday – Sunday: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- Starting Pay: $18.00 per hour
