Job Summary:
The Quality Engineer is responsible for ensuring product quality and process effectiveness throughout the manufacturing lifecycle. This role partners closely with Production, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Suppliers to prevent defects, resolve quality issues, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. The Quality Engineer leads root cause analysis activities, develops corrective actions, analyzes quality data, and supports new product introductions while promoting Built-in-Quality practices across the organization.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (Preferred) in Engineering, Quality Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field. Minimum 3-5 years of quality engineering experience in a manufacturing environment. ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) and/or Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt preferred Experience with quality systems, supplier quality, and new product introduction processes. Experience leading cross-functional teams and continuous improvement initiatives. Strong knowledge of quality tools including: 8D Problem Solving, FMEA, Six Sigma Methodologies, Statistical Process Control (SPC), Root Cause Analysis, Control Plans, APQP and PPAP Ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions.
Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Ability to influence and collaborate effectively across departments and with suppliers. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel for data analysis. Knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality management systems.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $69,000.00 to $85,100.00. This role is also eligible for a bonus. The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will depend on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge and skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal pay equity. Compensation decisions are made based on the specific facts and circumstances of each role and candidate.
