Job Overview
Merchandiser for Greater Seymour/Madison/Carrollton and surrounding areas. The Merchandiser provides high-quality merchandising support for Keurig Dr Pepper brands such as 7UP, Snapple, Core, Bai and other fan favorites to retail stores within the assigned territory.
Responsibilities- Stock and display products on shelves/coolers at large accounts within the territory.
- Report directly to assigned stores for scheduled shifts and may cover routes as needed.
- Use personal vehicle to travel among stores; do not transport products. Products are delivered in advance.
- Use company‑issued phone with programmed app to clock in/out and track mileage for reimbursement.
- Full‑time position.
- Shifts start at 6am and continue until work is finished.
- Five scheduled shifts per week.
- Weekends required; days off fall during the week.
- Flexibility to work overtime as needed.
Self‑motivated, customer‑service oriented, and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment. Able to work independently on tasks while interacting with store staff. Actively maintains a healthy lifestyle and is ready to lift, push, and pull cases. Attention to detail and pride in workmanship are important qualities.
Total Rewards- Pay starting at $18.59 per hour, increasing to $19.57 per hour after the 6‑month anniversary.

- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Capability to push and pull up to 100 lbs repeatedly.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license.
