Job Overview

Merchandiser for Greater Seymour/Madison/Carrollton and surrounding areas. The Merchandiser provides high-quality merchandising support for Keurig Dr Pepper brands such as 7UP, Snapple, Core, Bai and other fan favorites to retail stores within the assigned territory.

• Stock and display products on shelves/coolers at large accounts within the territory.
• Report directly to assigned stores for scheduled shifts and may cover routes as needed.
• Use personal vehicle to travel among stores; do not transport products. Products are delivered in advance.
• Use company‑issued phone with programmed app to clock in/out and track mileage for reimbursement.

• Full‑time position.
• Shifts start at 6am and continue until work is finished.
• Five scheduled shifts per week.
• Weekends required; days off fall during the week.
• Flexibility to work overtime as needed.

Self‑motivated, customer‑service oriented, and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment. Able to work independently on tasks while interacting with store staff. Actively maintains a healthy lifestyle and is ready to lift, push, and pull cases. Attention to detail and pride in workmanship are important qualities.

• Pay starting at $18.59 per hour, increasing to $19.57 per hour after the 6‑month anniversary.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
• Capability to push and pull up to 100 lbs repeatedly.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license.
• Proof of vehicle insurance.
• Access to a dependable and reliable vehicle.
