Job Summary
SuperATV is seeking a talented and competitive Inside Sales and Support Representative who thrives in a fast-paced environment. This critical role helps continue SuperATV’s growth and impact in the off‑roading industry by delivering innovative, race‑tested products and world‑class customer service.
Primary Duties- Provide top‑notch customer service to all incoming calls from customers and dealerships.
- Consult with customers and dealerships to sell products that meet their riding needs through inbound calls, outbound calls, live chat, and email.
- Responsible for achieving revenue growth objectives by selling the SuperATV product line and supporting customers with their purchases.
- Offer technical support by researching, troubleshooting, and solving customer issues and/or assisting with installation questions.
- Follow up with customers on issues through both phone conversations and emails.
Qualified candidates will have proven inside sales and customer service experience, excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong listening skills, the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently. Ability to make independent decisions as a self‑starter is critical.
Education / ExperienceMechanical aptitude, call center experience, and an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred. Some travel may be required. Spanish‑speaking skills preferred.
CompensationThe U.S. base salary range for this full‑time position is $18.80 to $22.16. This role is also eligible for a bonus. Compensation decisions are made based on the specific facts and circumstances of each role and candidate.
