Position Overview

Drive your own agency as a Shelter Insurance Agent in Madison, IN. No prior insurance experience required. We offer in-house and virtual training, ongoing support, and a culture focused on community leadership and inclusion.

• Develop and maintain new contacts in the community.
• Sell Shelter Insurance products and build a client base.
• Meet sales requirements and core business proficiencies.
• Recruit and manage staff to support administrative and sales functions (optional).

• Motivated, entrepreneurial spirit and strong communication skills.
• Desire to control income and operate as a business owner.
• Sales experience and general business coursework are helpful but not required.
• No capital or assets required; no startup costs or loans.
