Position assigned to either a role in Scheduling or Cost Management or a combination. Under appropriate supervision, performs routine project controls assignments according to training, capability and experience. In addition to performing duties as assigned, this position will be primarily focused on developing knowledge regarding scheduling, costing, and concepts related to industry technology and project management.

Note: Field based role in Lake Cormorant, MS.

Gain working knowledge of industry, technologies, project execution, cost, schedule and financial systems. General understanding of budgets.

• Assists in Cost Reporting & tracking.
• Assists in maintenance of quantity reporting.
• Assists in managing change log.
• Understands B&V financial entity DOR and begins comprehension of financial acumen.

• Assists in schedule development and maintenance.
• Assists in schedule adherence reports.
• Assists in earned value reports.
• Assists with critical path and float analysis.

Prefer four-year Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management.

• Four year Bachelor's degree or local equivalent required, or equivalent experience.
• All applicants must be able to complete pre‑employment onboarding requirements (if selected) which may include criminal/civil background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle records search, in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

• Hybrid or flexible work options may be offered after the first 90 days of employment based upon manager discretion, job performance and work assignments.
• Office Environment:
  This position requires sitting, talking, hearing, keyboard input and seeing. Occasional travel up to 25% may be required.
• Construction Site Environment:
  This position requires standing, kneeling, bending, stooping, moving, and walking long distances in and around confined, cluttered places and uneven areas. It also requires the ability to see and hear naturally or with correction, work at heights above 5 feet, climb and maintain balance on stairs, ladders, and scaffolds and work up to a 12-hour shift. The work environment may involve cramped work spaces, very hot or cold temperatures, inclement weather, extreme lighting conditions, distracting or uncomfortable noise levels, and hazardous equipment.
