PrimaryJob Description
Teller:
Operates a Teller window by providing prompt, efficient and accurate customer service, maintains security of a cash drawer; represents the Bank in a courteous, professional manner alert to customer needs, cross-sells bank products, and refers customers to the appropriate staff.
CSR
CSR:
To promote and maintain positive relations with all customers and potential customers; to open new accounts (Checking, Savings, CD’s, IRA’s); to establish a rapport with the customer for cross-selling other bank products; provides general office support with a variety of clerical activities and related tasks; answers all incoming calls, directing calls to appropriate associates in a professional and courteous manner.

- Deliver quality service to all customers.
- Possess a team-oriented attitude with a desire to see success in themselves and others.
- Develop a working knowledge of all bank products.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Basic Accounting knowledge.
- Bank experience not required but strongly preferred.
- 6 months of cash handling and balancing money transactions within prior four years.
- Communication skills in dealing with customers and employees.
- Satisfactory Credit Bureau and Background Check Report.

Computer Software, Ten-Key calculator, Photocopier, Telephone, Fax Machine.
