Germantown Dental is a newly constructed practice featuring state‑of‑the‑art equipment and a modern, comfortable design. With 8 operatories, the office is fully equipped to provide advanced care, including surgical procedures and dental implants ensuring patients receive comprehensive treatment.

Gluckstadt is a fast‑growing community known for its small‑town charm, convenient amenities, and welcoming atmosphere. Located near Madison, the area has excellent schools, shopping, and dining for a family‑friendly lifestyle.

• DDS or DMD degree from an ADA‑accredited dental school
• Current Mississippi license or eligible upon graduation
• Current CPR and BLS certifications
• Experience in clinical or private practice, either new or previous
• Strong aptitude for professional communication, both spoken and written

• First‑year employment guarantee of $175,000 or the greater of 30% of adjusted production
• Second‑year earning 30% of adjusted production
• Sign‑on bonus of $10,000
• Eligible for Pathway to Partnership.
• Annual CE Budget of $2,500; extensive in‑house CE program.
