With over 30 years in business, TBC is a leading integrated facilities management company providing service to hospitality and gaming industries. The EVS division offers contract-based janitorial and kitchen services.

You will be at the core of our operations, arriving each shift ready to work. Responsibilities include operating commercial dishwashing machines, sweeping and mopping floors, cleaning and maintaining kitchen equipment, pulling trash, and ensuring water temperature logs and safety precautions are followed. You will report maintenance issues to your supervisor.

• Operate commercial dishwashing machines and perform runner duties.
• Sweep and mop floors, clean kitchen equipment, and pull trash.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly kitchen environment.
• Report maintenance and repair problems to the supervisor.
• Record water temperature logs and follow safety protocols.

• 21 years old or older.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally and perform general kitchen duties, including bending, kneeling, reaching, and standing for an entire shift.
• Customer service skills.
• Previous commercial kitchen or hospitality experience is a plus.
• Fast, efficient, self‑motivated, with a positive, can‑do attitude.
