The Rooms Inspector is responsible for inspecting the guestrooms and public areas to ensure that they meet standards of cleanliness. This includes, communicating needs or errors to Housekeeping staff.

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Familiar with inventory management, housekeeping practices, and standards.
• Must be detail oriented with good record keeping and organizational skills.
• Knowledgeable about proper housekeeping techniques, and handling of chemicals.
• Must have excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to assume a role of authority as necessary; set an example for coworkers; observing work and providing constructive feedback to others.
• Must be able to perform all duties of a Guest Room Attendant, including but not limited to: vacuuming, changing linens, sweeping, mopping, dusting, etc.
• Proficient in MS Office, Excel and Outlook.
• Must be able to lift 50+ pounds.
• Must be able to stoop, kneel, bend, crouch, and work in confined areas.
• Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary certifications and/or licenses.
• Must be available to work Swing Shift Hours.
